Nitmiluk Heli-Art Adventure

This tour is genuinely a once in a lifetime experience. You will fly over the beautiful Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge, up to the thirteenth gorge. It is often possible to spot wild brumbies, cattle and buffalo out of the helicopter, so keep your eyes peeled! You will then wind through steep rock walls to come to a landing site with a unique and special feel. Quiet your mind and immerse yourself in the beautiful surrounds. Your pilot will take you on a guided tour of the Aboriginal rock art which is displayed on five different rock faces. There is a feeling of awe and genuine wonder at visiting such a precious, ancient site.

WHAT TO BRING

· Camera

· Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen (SPF 50+ recommended)

· Insect repellent spray

· Water bottle (cold water to refill your water bottle will be provided)

· Personal items should not exceed 10kg and be carried in a small soft sided bag for easy stowage
