· Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen (SPF 50+ recommended)

· Insect repellent spray

· Water bottle (cold water to refill your water bottle will be provided)

· Comfortable shoes to walk in

· Personal items should not exceed 10kg and be carried in a small soft sided bag for easy stowage
